What's your opening hours?

We are open from:
9:00am to 6:00pm Monday
8:30am – 6pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
8:00am – 6pm Friday and Saturday
10am – 4pm Sunday

We are open on most Bank Holidays excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Bank holiday Mondays and Good Friday are Sunday hours. For seasonal Bank Holidays please contact us for opening hours

Where are you?

By foot – The footpath from Minster crosses fields and brings you onto the Lower Road, this is not accessible for wheelchairs or push chairs due to the terrain. Beware you may encounter some sheep along the way!

By bus – We have a bus stop just along the road from us – Glen Haven. Please check the timetable before making your journey

By train- Unfortunately there are no direct train routes to us (unless we go back to 1905 when Brambledown Halt was opened just the other side of our current car park!) If you are travelling by train, we suggest departing at Queenborough and then getting a taxi to us

Can I order a hamper and gift card?

Yes, we have a selection of hampers which can be custom made to your budget and preference, please contact us to arrange

I have placed my order, when can I expect delivery?

Thank you for your order! We generally will make your delivery no later than 1 week after you have placed your order

Do you deliver to me?

We are proud to offer free delivery. Please contact us directly for your minimum order quantity.

If you are out of these areas please contact us as we work closely with couriers who can deliver your order for an additional charge

How much is delivery?

We are proud to offer free delivery to the majority of Kent. We work by minimum order quantities rather than minimum spends. By doing this customers at livery yards can place separate orders and receive the yard delivery all together. If you have a private yard please contact us to be advised on minimum order quantity

Can I track my delivery?

This is something we are working on, however, at the moment tracking is not available. If you would like a more precise delivery time please request a phone call beforehand – this will ensure your driver calls you in advance with a time.

I missed my delivery, can I reschedule?

If our drivers cannot gain access into your property we will call/email you to give time for arrangements to be made. If we cannot contact you, please contact us to rearrange delivery. If you are sure you cannot take delivery on a certain date, please let us know as soon as possible

I have received a damaged product

We are very sorry to hear this, we do our upmost to ensure every product is handled with care when picking, loading and delivering. However, if you have received a damaged item, please contact us via email to sales@brambledown.co.uk with your name, customer reference, delivery address and a photo of your damaged item. We will then contact you to arrange an exchange

I would like to make a return, how do I do this?
